    List of Ingredients


    • 4 cups diced rhubarb
    • 1 1/3 cup sugar
    • 1 egg
    • 1/4 cup flour


    Instructions


    1. Mix all together.
    2. Let set 15 minutes.
    3. Fill unbaked pie shell; place crust on top, seal edges & make several slits to release steam.
    4. Bake 15 minutes at 400 degrees.
    5. Reduce heat to 350 degrees; baking additional 45 minutes.
