Grandma Pearl loved this jam on fresh bread and butter.
List of Ingredients
- 5 cups rhubarb, cut into 1/4 inch slices
- 4 cups sugar
- 1 large package strawberry jello
Instructions
- Boil rhubarb and sugar for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Remove from heat.
- Add dry jello and stir until dissolved.
- Pour into jars.
- Seal jars or refrigerate.
Final Comments
This jam has a nice strawberry flavor.
