    Grandma Pearl loved this jam on fresh bread and butter.


    List of Ingredients


    • 5 cups rhubarb, cut into 1/4 inch slices
    • 4 cups sugar
    • 1 large package strawberry jello


    Instructions


    1. Boil rhubarb and sugar for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
    2. Remove from heat.
    3. Add dry jello and stir until dissolved.
    4. Pour into jars.
    5. Seal jars or refrigerate.


    Final Comments


    This jam has a nice strawberry flavor.
