This cold potato salad is good any time.





List of Ingredients



• 8 medium potatoes
  
• 1 stalk celery, chopped
  
• 4 eggs
  
• 1 onion, chopped
  
• 4 slices bacon
  
• 1 cup sugar
  
• 1 1/2 tsp. salt
  
• 1/4 tsp. pepper
  
• 1/4 tsp. dry mustard
  
• 1/2 cup cider vinegar
  
• 1 cup water
  






Instructions



1. Cook potatoes in jackets, peel and slice.
   
2. Hard boil 2 eggs.
   
3. Combine potatoes, eggs, celery and onion.
   
4. Cook bacon. Remove from skillet, cool and crumble.
   
5. Beat 2 eggs and add remaining ingredients.
   
6. Cook egg mixture in hot bacon grease and pour over potatoes.
   
7. Add crumbled bacon and toss lightly.
   
8. Refrigerate.

Great for cookouts, family dinners and potlucks.
