    Baked "Crab" Rangoon

    List of Ingredients


    • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
    • dash of Worcestershire sauce
    • 1 green onion diced
    • 8 oz imitation crab
    • 3 oz cream cheese (can us no fat if desired)
    • 14 won ton wrappers


    Instructions


    1. Pre-heat oven to 425 degrees.
    2. In a mixing bowl combine all ingredients except won ton wrappers.
    3. Spray wells of a mini muffin pan with vegetable spray. Place 1 wrapper into each of 14 wells.
    4. Place 2 tsp "crab" mixture into each wrapper. Moisten edges of wrapper and twist shut at top.
    5. Bake 8-10 minutes or until wrappers are golden brown.



    Final Comments


    Recipe can be easily doubled in order to fill a 24 well mini muffin pan.
