    Cheese In A Crock

    Variation of an old Good Housekeeping recipe


    List of Ingredients


    • 8 oz sharp Cheddar cheese, finely grated and at room temp.
    • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
    • 8 oz farmer cheese or other mild cheese, grated and/or softened
    • 2 Tbl. butter
    • 2 dashes Worchestershire sauce
    • 1/4 tsp liquid smoke


    Instructions


    1. Mix ingredients and pack into a small crock. Cover and refrigerate. Let mellow at least three days before eating.



    Final Comments


    Extra good with a cold beer and summer sausage and crackers.
