    List of Ingredients


    • 4 large boneless, skinless chicken breasts or thighs
    • 3/4 cup mayonnaise or Greek yogurt
    • 1 tsp McCormick Garlic & Herb Seasoning
    • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
    • 1/2 cup Italian seasoned bread crumbs
    • 1 Tbl Penzeys Italian herb mixture (or to taste)


    Instructions


    1. Pre-heat oven to 425 degrees or 400 degrees if using a dark pan.
    2. Rinse chicken under hot, running water and pat dry with paper towel.
    3. Mix mayonnaise or yogurt with Parmesan cheese and garlic & herb seasoning in a medium-sized mixing bowl
    4. Combine bread crumbs and herb mixture in a shallow bowl.
    5. Dredge chicken with mayonnaise and cheese mixture then coat with the crumb and herb mixture.
    6. Place on a baking sheet that has been sprayed with vegetable coating spray.
    7. Bake for 20 minutes or until juices run clear.
