    Chicken & Stuffing Bake

    List of Ingredients


    • 4 Large, boneless chicken breasts
    • 3/4 Cup sour cream
    • 1 Can cream of mushroom or cream of chicken soup
    • 1 Box Stovetop stuffing mix
    • 1 1/2 Cup water
    • 4 Tbl butter


    Instructions


    1. Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.
    2. Prepare stuffing as directed on box using the 1 1/2 cup of water and 4 Tbl. butter.
    3. Mix soup with 3/4 cup of sour cream.
    4. Butter a 9x13" baking dish.
    5. Spread some of the soup mixture into the bottom of the baking dish.
    6. Rinse chicken under very hot, running water & pat dry. Place on top of soup in the baking dish.
    7. Spread remainder of soup over the chicken breasts.
    8. Top with prepared stuffing.
    9. Bake, uncovered, for 45 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
