    List of Ingredients


    • 2 lbs ground turkey
    • 1 6 oz box Stovetop Stuffing, chicken or turkey flavor
    • 2 1/2 oz Caesar salad croutons
    • 1 envelope Lipton Garlic & Herb dried soup mix
    • 3/4 medium yellow onion, diced
    • 2 large eggs
    • 2 ribs celery,diced
    • 1 tsp Kosher salt
    • 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
    • 1 tsp dried rubbed sage
    • 1 tsp dried thyme leaves
    • 1/4 to 1/2 cup milk
    • Extra light olive oil


    Instructions


    1. Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees. Spray 9x5 loaf pan with non-stick vegetable spray.
    2. Pulse stuffing mix, croutons and soup mix in food processor or blender until croutons are reduced to fine crumbs.
    3. Combine all ingredients except olive oil and pack mixture into prepared pan.
    4. Brush top of mixture with olive oil.
    5. Bake for 1 hour and 15 minutes or until loaf is done.
