    List of Ingredients


    • 1 No. 2 can Hunt's 100% natural diced tomatoes with juice from can
    • 8 oz brewed green tea
    • 1 large stalk of celery
    • 4 or 5 slices canned beets
    • 1/4 cup parsley
    • 1/4 cup uncooked quick cooking oats (optional but will add fiber and make smoothie thicker)
    • 1/2 cup fat-free cottage cheese
    • 1 or 2 scoops protein powder
    • 1 cup ice


    Instructions


    1. Blend until desired consistency
    2. Makes approx. 4 cups
