List of Ingredients
- 1 No. 2 can Hunt's 100% natural diced tomatoes with juice from can
- 8 oz brewed green tea
- 1 large stalk of celery
- 4 or 5 slices canned beets
- 1/4 cup parsley
- 1/4 cup uncooked quick cooking oats (optional but will add fiber and make smoothie thicker)
- 1/2 cup fat-free cottage cheese
- 1 or 2 scoops protein powder
- 1 cup ice
Instructions
- Blend until desired consistency
- Makes approx. 4 cups
