    Zippy Veggie Smoothie

    List of Ingredients


    • 1 #2 can Hunt's 100% natural fire roasted tomatoes with garlic, include juice from can
    • 1 medium carrot, scrubbed but with skin left on
    • 4 or 5 radishes, scrubbed
    • 1 large stalk celery, scrubbed
    • 1 handful fresh cilantro (or to taste)
    • 4 or 5 sprigs parsley
    • 1/4 cup uncooked quick cooking oats (optional but will add fiber and thicken smoothie)
    • 8 oz brewed green tea
    • 1/4 cup plain, non-fat yogurt
    • 1 or 2 scoops protein powder
    • 1 cup ice


    Instructions


    1. Blend to desired consistence.

    2. Makes approx. 4 cups
