    Lava Cake

    Who doesn't like chocolate? This is so easy to make, espically if you said you'd bring dessert!!

    2C. Flour
    13/4C. Sugar
    1/4C. Cocoa
    11/2Tbsp. Baking Powder
    1/2Tsp. Salt
    1C. Milk
    1/4C. Vegetable Oil

    11/2C. Brown Sugar
    1/4C. Cocoa
    31/2Cups of Hot Water

    Recipe



    Measure flour, sugar, cocoa, baking powder and salt into a bowl. Stir. Add milk, oil. Mix together with a spoon and spread into a 8x8 pan.

    Mix sugar and cocoa together. Add hot water. Stir to dissolve sugar. Pour over batter but DO NOT STIR.

    Bake uncovered, in 350 degree oven for abaout 40 minutes until firm.
