    Sensational Shortbread

    We all have Grandma's recipe and her secret was beating the butter.

    1C. Butter NOT margarine
    1/2C. Icing sugar
    11/2C. Flour

    Recipe



    Cream butter and sugar; add flour and beat for 10 minutes.
    Spoon onto cookies sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes in a 350 oven. Makes about 3 dozen and doubles well.
