Bustin Out Blueberry Muffins
List of Ingredients
3C. Flour
41/2Tsp. Baking Powder
1/2Tsp. Baking Soda
11/4C. Sugar
1/2Tsp. Salt
1C. Butter
11/4C. Milk
2Eggs, Lightly beaten
2Cups fresh or frozen BlueberriesRecipe
Preheat oven to 400. Grease muffin tin. I like to use an ice cream scoop for muffins. You get those nice round tops.
In a bowl combine your dry
In a saucepan, melt butter. Add milk and egg.
Add butter mixture to dry and mix lightly. Fold in berries.
Scoop into your prepared pan.
Bake for 25-30 minutes until tester is clean.
These have ALOT of blueberries of them. If you like your muffin loaded with berries than use the whole amount if not you can cut back and it won't affect the result.
