    Dump Cake

    List of Ingredients


    • 1 9x13 in. dish
    • 1 20 oz. can crushed pinapple
    • 1 can cherry pie filling
    • 1 box yellow cake mix (dry)
    • 1 cup coconut (optional)
    • 1 cup pecans, chopped
    • 1 1/2 sticks of marg.


    Instructions


    1. Grease 9x13 dish with butter

    2. Spread pinapple evenly on pan.

    3. Pour & spread cherry pie filling over pinapple.

    4. Sprinkle dry cake mix over cherry pie filling. Add coconut if desired.

    5. Spread cup of chopped pecans over top of cake mix.

    6. Slice margarine sticks into about 1/8 " thick slices & space evenly and place on top of pecans and cake mix.

    7. Bake approximately 1 hour at 350 degrees.

    8. Remove from oven



    Final Comments


    Eat hot or put into a bowl & add vanilla ice cream or cool whip.
