    Pineapple Banana Cake

    List of Ingredients


    • 1 box yellow cake mix
    • 1 can crushed pinapple
    • 1 box Jello instant banana cream pudding
    • 1 can Baker's coconut
    • 1 12 oz tub of Cool Whip
    • 1 package pecans
    • 2 bananas


    Instructions


    1. Follow the directions on the box for baking the yellow cake.

    2. After baking, cool the cake and poke holes in the cake.

    3. Pour the can of crushed pineapple and juice over the cooled cake.

    4. Make the banana pudding per instructions on the box. Allow the pudding to set and spread over the top of the crushed pineapple.

    5. Make a layer on top of the pudding with the coconut.

    6. Spread the Cool Whip on top of the coconut.

    7. Allow to cool for about two hours.

    8. You can top with pecans and bananas before serving.
