    Peanut Butter Cookies

    List of Ingredients


    • 1 c peanut butter
    • 1 c butter
    • 1 c sugar
    • 1 c packed brown
    • 2 eggs
    • 2 1/2 cups flour
    • 1 tsp. salt
    • 1 tsp. soda
    • 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    • 1/2 cup shortening


    Instructions


    1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
    2. Mix peanut butter, butter and sugars. Mix well
    3. Beat in eggs and vanilla.
    4. Sift dry ingredients over mixture.Mix until well belnded.
    5. Mix in shortening.
    6. Roll into small balls. Place on ungreased cookie sheet. Flatten with a fork, make a criss/cross on top of the cookie with the fork.
    7. Bake 7-10 min or until golden brown.
