    " Fudgy Brownies "

    List of Ingredients


    • 2/3 c. melted butter
    • 1 1/3 c. sugar
    • 2 eggs
    • 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
    • 1 c. flour
    • 1/2 c. unsweetened cocoa powder
    • 1/4 tsp. salt
    • 1/2 c. chopped walnuts or pecans (optional)


    Instructions


    1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease 8" pan with non stick spray.
    2. In medium bowl mix butter, sugar, eggs and vanilla.
    3. Add flour, cocoa and salt, stirring until just blended.
    4. Mix in 1/2 of walnuts or pecans if desired.
    5. Spread mixture in pan, sprinkle with remaning nuts.
    6. Bake 30 min. or until top appears dry and center set.
    7. Cool brownies in pan.
