    Chicken and Rice

    List of Ingredients


    • 1/2 stick marg.
    • 1 can french onion dip
    • 2 soup cans of water
    • 2 soup cans of rice
    • chopped celery
    • chopped chicken pieces


    Instructions


    1. Melt 1/2 stick marg. in pan

    2. Add 1 can French onion soup, add water, add rice ( instant) un-cooked

    3. Add chopped celery if desired.

    4. Lay chicken pieces on top

    5. Cook in a 9x13 baking dish for 50-60 min. At 350 degrees.

    6. Check chicken for doneness.



    Final Comments


    This makes a nice size meal
