List of Ingredients
- 8-10 potatoes, boiled, drained, mashed
- 1 cup sour cream
- 8 oz. cream cheese
- 1 tsp. garlic salt
- 1 tsp. onion salt
- butter, paprika
Instructions
- Beat sour cream and cream cheese until blended.
- Add hot potatoes gradually, beating until fluffy.
- Season with garlic and onion salt.
- Spoon into a 2 quart casserole dish.
- Dot with butter; sprinkle the top with papricka
- Refigerate 24 hours before baking.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
