    List of Ingredients


    • 8-10 potatoes, boiled, drained, mashed
    • 1 cup sour cream
    • 8 oz. cream cheese
    • 1 tsp. garlic salt
    • 1 tsp. onion salt
    • butter, paprika


    Instructions


    1. Beat sour cream and cream cheese until blended.
    2. Add hot potatoes gradually, beating until fluffy.
    3. Season with garlic and onion salt.
    4. Spoon into a 2 quart casserole dish.
    5. Dot with butter; sprinkle the top with papricka
    6. Refigerate 24 hours before baking.
    7. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
