    Potato Patties

    List of Ingredients


    • 4 big potatoes
    • 2 large eggs
    • 4 tbl. flour
    • 1 small onion
    • 1 tsp of salt
    • 1/2 tsp. baking soda
    • corn oil


    Instructions


    1. Grate peeled potatoes and onion

    2. Mix peeled potatoes, onion, eggs, flour, salt and baking soda in a large bowl.

    3. Preheat frying pan with oil. Take the mixture with a large spoon and put mixture into the hot oil. Each patty should be about 3" in and about 1/3 inch thick.

    4. Let the patty fry till golden on each side.It will take about 5 min. for each patty.

    5. Drain on paper towels.



    Final Comments


    This dish is tasty served with sour ceam.
