    Squash Dish

    List of Ingredients


    • 2 lbs. yellow squash
    • 1/4 c. chopped onion
    • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
    • 1 cup sour cream
    • 1 c. shredded carrot
    • 1 8 oz. package herb seasoned stuffing mix.
    • 1/2 c. melted margarine


    Instructions


    1. Cook squash and onion in small amount of boiling salted water for 5 min.

    2. Combine soup and sour cream in a bowl, mix well.

    3. Fold in carrots and squash, blending well.

    4. Combine stuffing mix and marg. in a bowl until well mixed.

    5. Spread half of stuffing in bottom of a 7x12 in. baking dish.

    6. Spoon in vegetable mixture, top with remaning stuffing.

    7. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 min.
