Recipe Introduction

This recipe is from Ethan's grandma, Veda Balzer. It's a family favorite at Christmas.

List of Ingredients

2 c finely shredded sharp cheddar cheese
8-oz cream cheese, room temperature
1 Tbsp pimento
1 Tbsp diced green pepper
1 Tbsp diced onion
2 Tbsp worchestire sauce
1/2 tsp lemon juice
cayenne pepper, to taste
pecan nuts, chopped



Recipe

Combine all ingredients, except the pecans. Form into a ball. Roll into the chopped pecans, so they cover it. Chill and serve with crackers.
