Recipe Introduction

Delicious and makes large amounts for family get togethers.

List of Ingredients

3 lb ground round
1 onion, chopped well
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 tsp pepper
1 1/2 tsp chili powder
1 can Pet milk (evaporated)
2 c quick oatmeal
1 tsp garlic salt
2 tsp salt
Sauce:
2 c catsup
1 Tbsp liquid smoke
1/2 onion chopped fine
1 1/2 c brown sugar
1/2 tsp garlic powder




Recipe

Mix meatball ingredients and make into walnut size balls. Place into a 9 x 13 inch greased, baking dish. Mix sauce ingredients and pour over meatballs. Bake at 350 degrees for one hour.
