    Microwave Carmel Corn

    Easy and fun to eat!

    List of Ingredients

    4 quarts of popped corn (stove popped works best)

    Syrup -
    1 c brown sugar
    1/2 c white sugar
    1 stick butter
    1/2 tsp salt
    1/4 c of white Karo syrup
    1/2 tsp baking soda.




    Recipe

    Have four quarts of popped corn in brown paper bag. Boil the brown sugar, white sugar, butter, salt and syrup for two minutes on high in a microwave safe bowl. Add the baking soda. Pour syrup on top of popcorn. Shake. Microwave for one minute. Shake. Microwave for one minute. Shake. Microwave for one minute. Shake and pour on cookie sheet to cool. Eat and Enjoy!
