    Cheese-Filled Parmesan Biscuit Loaves

    List of Ingredients

    1/4 c grated Parmesan cheese
    1/3 c finely chopped walnuts
    2-oz cream cheese, softened
    1 1/2 Tbsp finely choped basil
    1 garlic clove, minced
    1 (17.3-oz) can Pillsbury Grand Refrigerated Biscuits
    1/4 c butter or margarine, melted

    Recipe

    Heat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly grease loaf pans. In small bowl, combine Parmesan cheese and walnuts; mix well.
    In another small bowl, combine cream cheese, basil and garlic; mix well. Separate dough into 8 biscuits. Spoon 1 teaspoon cream cheese mixture on half of each biscuit. Fold biscuits over cream cheese, press edges and seal.
    Dip each biscuit in melted butter, coat with cheese/walnut mixture. On half of each biscuit, seam side down, in greased pan. Drizzle any remaining butter over biscuits; sprinkle with any remaining cheese mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown. Immediately remove from pan. Serve warm. Store in refrigerator.
