    Wheatless Gingerbread

    Recipe Introduction

    Wheat free and very delicious. Great for people with allergies to wheat.

    List of Ingredients

    1 1/4 c rice flour
    1 1/4 c cornstarch
    2 tsp baking soda
    1 tsp cinnamon
    1/4 tsp ginger
    1/2 c sugar
    1 c molasses
    1/2 c butter
    1 c boiling water
    2 well-beaten eggs

    Recipe

    Stir first 5 ingredients together, mix in sugar, molasses and butter. Add water. Add eggs. Bake in greased 8 x 8 inch pan at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
