Chocolate Covered Cherries

List of Ingredients

2 (10-oz) jars of maraschino cherries with stems
1 stick margarine, softened,
1 Tbsp evaporated milk
1 lb confectioners sugar
1 pkg of chocolate almond bark




Recipe

Mix together sugar, margarine, vanilla and milk. Wrap mixture around the cherries. Chill overnight. Melt chocolate and dip cherries in the mixture, holding onto the stem. Set on cookie sheet lined with wax paper and let set until chocolate sets.
