3 c vanilla non-fat yogurt
1 c reduced fat (2%) milk
1/2 c thawed frozen grape juice concentrate
1 1/2 tsp lemon juice



Recipe

Place yogurt, milk, grape juice concentrate and lemon juice in blender; process until smooth. Serve immediately. Makes 8 1/2 cup servings
