    List of Ingredients

    32 milk chocolate kisses
    1 (11 1/2-oz) pkg fudge striped shortbread cookies
    1 tube orange or red decorating icing

    Recipe

    Pipe decorating icing on the bottom of a chocolate kiss around the edge. Place chocolate kiss on the chocolate bottom of each cookie, covering the hole in the cookie.
    Pipe decorating icing around base of the kiss and decorate with an icing bow.
