    Chicken Spaghetti

    List of Ingredients

    6-8 boneless chicken breasts
    2 sticks oleo
    2 large onions, chopped
    1 can Ro-tel tomatoes, chopped
    1 can mushrooms
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 pkg spaghetti
    2 large green onions
    1 can peas
    1 can pimentoes
    1 lb Velveeta cheese

    Recipe

    Cook chicken in enough water to cover completely. Remove and cut into bite-size pieces. Saute peppers and onions in oleo 4-5 minutes. Add peas, tomatoes, pimentos and mushrooms to green peppers and onions. Cook spaghetti in broth left from chicken, adding water if needed. Partially drain and combine with other ingredients. Place in large baking dish and top with chunked cheese. Bake uncovered for 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
