    Meatloaf

    List of Ingredients

    2 lbs lean ground beef
    1 envelope of dry onion soup mix
    1 1/2 c of soft bread crumbs (crumble up leftover bread, buns, etc.)
    3/4 c beef broth
    2 eggs slightly beaten
    1/6 c Heinz 57 sauce
    1/6 c catsup
    Glaze: (apply after meatloaf has cooked for 45 minutes)
    1/4 c catsup
    2 Tbsp Karo syrup

    Recipe

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix together the first seven ingredients and shape into loaf and bake in a dutch oven for 1 hour at 350 degrees. Mix together the catsup and Karo syrup for the glaze. Apply glaze when meatloaf has baked for 45 minutes and return to oven for final 15 minutes.
