    Noodle Casserole

    List of Ingredients

    1 pkg wide egg noodles
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    favorite seasonings (garlic powder)
    1 medium onion
    milk
    butter
    may use beef, pork, canned tuna, canned chicken

    Recipe

    Cook meat if raw. Dice onion and cook with meat. Boil noodles until tender. Add butter and a little dab of salt - will keep noodles from sticking. Add favorite seasonings to noodles. When noodles are cooked, drain and return to pot. Add butter, then can of soup. Add milk to make soup liquid. Stir in meat of choice. Heat if necessary on low heat. Season to taste. Optional: If using chicken or tuna, you can add a can of peas and carrots, drained.
