    10 Minute Taco Salad

    List of Ingredients

    2 (16-oz) cans chili or pinto beans, drained
    1 (10 1/2-oz) pkg corn chips
    2 c shredded cheddar cheese
    4 c chopped lettuce
    2 small tomatoes, chopped
    3 green onions, thinly sliced
    1 (2 1/4-oz) can sliced ripe olives, drained
    1 1/4 c salsa
    1/2 c sour cream


    Recipe

    Place corn chips on a large platter. Top with lettuce, beans, cheese, tomatoes, green onions, ripe olives, salsa, and sour cream, 1/2 lb cooked, seasoned ground beef can be added to the bean layer. You can serve this family style on one platter, or sometimes we line everything up and serve the family buffet style. Then everyone can add their favorite toppings.
