    Pizza Hut Style Dough

    1-1/3 cups water
    2 tsp. sugar
    1-1/4 tsp. salt
    2 tbsp. olive oil
    2 tbsp. cornmeal
    3 cups flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. each garlic and onion powder
    1-1/2 tsp. yeast

    You want a Pizza-story?Take a look at the Bacon Cheeseburger Pizza, there it is...This is a recipe I truly love, it keeps two days in the refrigator, it's easy and soooo good (could eat it plain).I don't give you the exact directions as I always dump everything together when making yeast doughs.Has never let me down.

    Put all ingredients except one cup flour in bowl.Stir with wooden spoon, adding the remaining flour gradually to make a stiff but smooth dough.You can prepare this dough in a bread machine or food processor as well.
    Let rest (covered) about 45 minutes and continue as directed in recipe -> usually:deflate dough and divide in two parts.Pat each part in a 10-inch pizza or pie pan, prick with fork and let rest 10-15 minutes.Put filling on top, lest rest some more minutes and bake at 400° about 25 minutes.
