first comment in 2003 I don't know much about baking and all that stuff. But I think this is a good way to thank you for teaching me how to bake sourdough-bread. With this knowledge, surving in New Zealand was not that hard :-) CU soon Jan

Sanni—These are the best pancakes, but the key, I think, is to follow the suggestion to beat the egg whites separately and then fold in, using two eggs. Ich denke, diese sind die besten Pfannkuchen, aber sie sind noch schoener wenn man die zwei Eier vertrennt und das weisses Stueck ist (hier kenne ich nicht die richtige Worten....!) "geblendet" sind :( Du weisst was ich meine! Roger

I made your irresistable banana bread this afternoon and baked it in two 7 3/8 by 3 5/8 pans. Thanks for putting this in your quick breads. They are cooling now and smell wonderful
