    List of Ingredients




    4 eggs
    1 cup margarine
    2 cups sugar
    2/3 cup cocoa
    1 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 cup flour

    Frosting
    1 lb powdered sugar (1/2 bag)
    6 tblsp margarine (melted)
    3 tblsp evaporated milk
    2-3 drops green food color
    1 lid(1 tsp) peppermint extract

    Topping
    8oz. milk chocolate chips
    3 tblsp margarine
    evaporated milk
    Spread on top of cooled brownies

    Recipe



    Mix together eggs, margarine & sugar. Add cocoa, salt & flour. MiX well and bake @ 350 deg. for 25 min in a well greased 9x13 pan.

    Spread Frosting on top of cooled brownies.

    Melt together chocolate chips, margarine and add enough evaporated milk to make smooth. Spread ontop of mint layer. Put in refrigerator till set. Cut and serve.
