    List of Ingredients





    Serves: 2 logs

    2 (8 oz.) pkgs. Cream cheese, softened
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. Cheddar cheese, grated
    1 (4-oz.) can diced green chili's, diced very small
    onion powder to taste
    1 tsp. Lemon juice
    2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    Dash cayenne pepper
    Dash salt
    Finely chopped pecans

    Recipe



    Cream the cream cheese. Add the cheddar cheese and mix until well blended. Add green chilies, onion powder, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, cayenne pepper and salt. Mix until well blended. Shape into 2 small logs. Roll in finely chopped pecans. Wrap in plastic wrap and chill for 24 hours in refrigerator. Serve with your favorite crackers.
