    List of Ingredients




    2 cups zucchini, grated
    3/4 cups cheddar cheese, grated (If you are in a pinch, you can just leave it shredded.)
    2/3 cups biscuit mix
    1 egg
    1/8 teaspoon pepper
    1/4 cup vegetable oil
    1/4 cup onions, chopped
    1/4 teaspoon salt
    1/4 teaspoon EACH basil and oregano

    Recipe



    Mix all in a large bowl. Pour in a greased 9x9 baking dish. Bake at 350º for 45 minutes or until crusty brown on top.
