    This recipe has been handed down from my grandmother. This is the way my whole family makes crab cakes.

    List of Ingredients




    1 lb. claw meat
    1 lb. regular crab meat
    2 tbsp. mayonnaise
    2 tbsp. mustard
    10 crackers, crushed
    1/4 tsp Old Bay Seasoning
    2 eggs

    Recipe



    Mix all ingredients well. Form into cakes. Fry until golden brown.
