Pumpkin Cake

Recipe Introduction
This is a traditional holiday favorite. It usually only lasts for a day or two. Great with or without whipped topping.
List of Ingredients
- 1 Can (30 oz) pumpkin
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/4 tsp. ginger
- 3 eggs
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/8 tsp. nutmeg
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp ground cloves
- 1 box yellow cake mix
- 3/4 cup chopped nuts
- 1 cup butter, melted
Instructions
- Blend first 9 ingredients. Pour into greased 9x13 baking pan.
- Spinkle DRY cake mix and nuts over pumpkin mixture. Pour melted butter over all.
- Bake in preheated 350 F oven for 1 hour. Cool and refrigerate. Can be frozen.
