    Recipe Introduction


    This is a traditional holiday favorite. It usually only lasts for a day or two. Great with or without whipped topping.


    List of Ingredients


    • 1 Can (30 oz) pumpkin
    • 1 cup sugar
    • 1/4 tsp. ginger
    • 3 eggs
    • 1 tsp. cinnamon
    • 1/8 tsp. nutmeg
    • 1 cup milk
    • 1/2 tsp. salt
    • 1/8 tsp ground cloves
    • 1 box yellow cake mix
    • 3/4 cup chopped nuts
    • 1 cup butter, melted


    Instructions


    1. Blend first 9 ingredients. Pour into greased 9x13 baking pan.
    2. Spinkle DRY cake mix and nuts over pumpkin mixture. Pour melted butter over all.
    3. Bake in preheated 350 F oven for 1 hour. Cool and refrigerate. Can be frozen.
