Swedish Style Hot Mustard

List of Ingredients
- 4 eggs
- 1/2 cup firm packed light brown sugar
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/2 cup apple cider
- 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 cup dry mustard
- 1 tbsp flour
- 1/2 tsp ground cardamom
- 1/8 tsp ground cloves
Instructions
- Beat eggs in a large nonaluminum saucepan.
- Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
- Cook over low heat,stirring constantly,until mixture
thickens,about 10 minutes.
- Transfer mustard to a jar with tight
fitting lid.
Final Comments
Makes about 3 cups
