    List of Ingredients


    • 4 eggs
    • 1/2 cup firm packed light brown sugar
    • 1/2 cup honey
    • 1/2 cup apple cider
    • 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
    • 1/2 cup dry mustard
    • 1 tbsp flour
    • 1/2 tsp ground cardamom
    • 1/8 tsp ground cloves


    Instructions


    1. Beat eggs in a large nonaluminum saucepan.
    2. Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
    3. Cook over low heat,stirring constantly,until mixture
      thickens,about 10 minutes.
    4. Transfer mustard to a jar with tight
      fitting lid.


    Final Comments


    Makes about 3 cups
