    This recipe can be doubled. Or make bigger batches and freeze in individual servings.


    List of Ingredients


    • 1 banana
    • vanilla and/or other flavor extracts
    • 1/2 cup oatmeal (not quick cooking)


    Instructions


    1. Mix flavoring With banana. Mash will. add oatmeal and mix thoroughly.
    2. Make 4 balls
    3. Place Balls on parchment paper, flatten and bake at 325 degrees for about 20 minutes.
