� Two liquid egg whites (from the carton)
� 1 banana (counted as carb)
� 1/2 cup pineapple
� Coconut extract
� Sweetener to taste
� Ice
Recipe
Mix the above ingredients in a blender and it comes out tasting like a pina colada.
