    The free foods are listed on the General Food Discussion forum. Here's the comment by one of the BMOS associates:

    The 6 Week Body Makeover program mentions "free foods" in the Makeover Notebook. Free foods are foods that can be added to your meals at your own discretion to help add additional flavor or ease hunger. _It is not recommended to snack on these foods in between meals, but rather to add them to your meals when you so desire. _Free foods include:
