    • 1 box spice cake mix
    • 1 can pure pumpkin -- (15 oz.)


    Instructions


    1. Mix together.
    2. Drop by spoonfuls onto cookie sheet sprayed with cooking spray.
    3. Bake at 350 for around 10 minutes or until firm.
    4. Allow to cool.


    Final Comments


    Makes 48 cookies @ 1 point each
    *you can use a white cake mix and add 2 teaspoons of pumpkin pie spice*
