    ARTICHOKE DIP

    A delicious, no fuss appetizer.


    List of Ingredients


    • 1 can (13 3/4 ozs.) hearts of artichokes, drained and chopped
    • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
    • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
    • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
    • 1 garlic clove, pressed


    Instructions


    1. In a medium bowl, combine artichokes, cheeses, mayonnaise and garlic. Spoon into a 9" pie plate or 3-cup capacity shallow baking dish, spreading mixture evenly.
    2. Bake in 350 degree oven for 15 to 18 minutes, until mixture is bubbly and light brown.
    3. Serve immediately with French bread slices or crackers.

    Makes 2 1/2 cups dip
