    • 2 lb. beef stew meat, cut into 1" pieces
    • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
    • 8 oz. mushrooms, sliced
    • 1 env. Lipton's beefy onion soup mix
    • 1/2 c. beef broth
    • 2 c. prepared rice (using beef broth as the liquid)


    Instructions


    1. Combine all ingredients, except rice, in slow cooker. Cook on low for 10-12 hrs.
    2. Serve over rice. Accompany with cooked carrots.
    3. Left overs can be made into a "stoup" for another meal.
