List of Ingredients
- 2 lb. beef stew meat, cut into 1" pieces
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 8 oz. mushrooms, sliced
- 1 env. Lipton's beefy onion soup mix
- 1/2 c. beef broth
- 2 c. prepared rice (using beef broth as the liquid)
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients, except rice, in slow cooker. Cook on low for 10-12 hrs.
- Serve over rice. Accompany with cooked carrots.
- Left overs can be made into a "stoup" for another meal.
