    DIJON SHRIMP A LA SANTA CRUZ

    List of Ingredients


    • 12-16 large shrimp
    • 4 Tbsp melted butter
    • Juice of 1 lemon
    • 2 Tbsp oil
    • 1 Tbsp Dijon mustard
    • 4-6 harlic cloves, minced
    • 1/2 tso worcestershire sauce


    Instructions


    1. Combine all ingredient except shrimp in plastic bag and squish bag to mix. Add shrimp and let sit 4 hours. Put shrimp and marinade in pyrex dish. Bake at 450 degrees for 5 minutes.
