    SEAFOOD LASAGNA

    List of Ingredients


    • 1/2 lb. crab, cooked
    • 1/2 lb. shrimp, cooked
    • 1, 16 oz. container ricotta cheese
    • 1 small jar pimento, chopped
    • 2 cans Cream of Shrimp Soup
    • 1 soup can milk
    • 1 large onion, chopped
    • 4-6 oz. canned sliced mushrooms
    • 1 egg, beaten
    • 1 tsp dried basil
    • salt/pepper to taste
    • 1 c (4 oz.) grated sharp Cheddar cheese
    • 9 lasagna noodles, cooked
    • 1/2 c grated sharp Cheddar cheese
    • Parmesan cheese


    Instructions


    1. Saute onion 1 Tbsp margarine. Add soup, milk, seafood, mushrooms and pimento.

    2. Combine ricotta, egg, basil and salt/pepper.

    3. Place layer of 3 lasagna noodles on bottom of greased 9" x 13" baking dish. Add layer of ricotta mixture, seafood mixture and a sprinkling of Cheddar cheese. Repeat layers twice more. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Sprinkle some Parmesan cheese and the 1/2 c Cheddar cheese on top and bake another 15 minutes more. Let sit 10 minutes before serving.
