    Betty Crocker's Good and Easy Cook Book


    List of Ingredients


    • 2 c elbow macaroni (8 oz. pkg.) uncooked
    • 1/2 c chopped onion
    • 1/2 c chopped green pepper
    • 1 clove garlic, minced
    • 1/2 c salad oil
    • 3 c tomato juice
    • 1 tsp salt
    • 1/4 tsp pepper
    • 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce (I use a little more)


    Instructions


    1. Saute macaroni, onion, green pepper and garlic in hot oil till macaroni turns slightly yellow. Add tomato juice and seasonings; bring to boiling. Cover and simmer 20 min. Serves 6.
